There are many ways of getting advice from Citizens Advice Blackpool.
Advice in person
We recognise that some people feel more comfortable dealing face-to-face with an adviser. We therefore do everything that we can to provide a face-to-face advice service for the residents of Blackpool.
We offer face-to-face advice at our offices on Whitegate Drive and also at various outreach locations across Blackpool.

At Whitegate Drive
We offer face-to-face advice sessions with a trained adviser 5 days per week.  This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and the service is often very busy so early arrival is recommended. If we can't see everyone who turns up, we may need to close our doors to new callers before the closing times below.
Some days now have a short introductory "gateway" interview to help decide how you can be best advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. If the bureau is open only for appointments or specialist advice this will be indicated below
Mon 10.00 - 12.00
Tues 10.00 - 12.00
Wed 10.00 - 12.00
Thu 10.00 - 12.00
Fri 10.00 - 12.00

A number of doctors’ surgeries offer these appointments and if you're a patient registered with any of the surgeries listed here then you can make an appointment to see a Citizens Advice adviser by calling your doctor’s surgery to make an appointment on their usual appointments line.
