Hours: 37 hours per week (possibility of job share)
Location: Whitegate Drive Blackpool with travel to outreach locations across the Fylde Coast.
Contract: Fixed Term until March 31st 2020
Salary: £21,164

th year of delivering high quality advice to help people find a way forward in their lives. We are currently seeking a Help to Claim workers to provide an effective and efficient support service for Universal Credit claimants.
The Help to Claim Workers will provide advice, information and digital support via face to face, telephone and webchat aimed at helping Universal Credit claimants through to their first payment and any additional support that may be required. Knowledge and experience of providing welfare benefits advice is desirable as is proficiency in IT, experience of providing digital support, an understanding of the issues involved in interviewing and supporting clients and an ability to travel throughout the area.
